Please be introduced to Willijan Walhout;

Willijan is an experienced consultant/project manager with more than 18 years of experience in change and transition management. In recent years he has focused mainly on financial and operational processes in IT and Operations Management. Other areas of expertise are: Process Management, Transaction Banking, Payments, Credits, Markets, Finance and Logistics. After graduating in logistics, he gained knowledge and experience in Supply Chain Management at DHL Worldwide Express.  

He has frequently held the position of Senior Program Manager and Business Implementation Manager. He has many years of experience in managing and advising large complex change projects in both the IT/Operations and the Business side of the organization. He also has more than seven years of working experience in an international environment.  

His strong belief in an effective way of working in teams makes Willijan an effective motivator and highly capable of creating a result-oriented culture. In addition, he is also very capable of keeping an end goal in mind and is able to handle sensitive decisions in order to achieve the desired results for his stakeholders.
